Weekly Update for the 11th Sunday After PentecostUPDATES -A Reminder: All of our Sunday Sermons/Worship Videos are no longer on Facebook. They are now on YouTube. Please click on this link to visit them. (You can still, of course, find a link on our facebook page.) -New Member Sunday this summer - WE HAVE A DATE! if you’re interested in “officially” joining the church, New Member Sunday will be August 23, 2026! -Potato Fundraiser -- See Info Below! -The health and wellness book club and support group is going to start up again. August 27th at 2:30. Location to be determined. We will meet weekly at 2:30 for support and discussion related to any health goals you have. The third Thursday of each month is designated as book club. The current book is titled “None of these diseases: The Bible’s health secrets for the 21st-century”. -K-6 children’s offerings will begin again soon. Look for Sunday school and Wednesday school to begin after Labor Day for sure. We are looking for parents willing to teach Sunday school lessons (Don’t panic, the curriculum is super user-friendly!) And to be a Wednesday school Teacher for K through second graders on an occasional basis. If you are willing and able to fill either of these roles, even if it’s only once in a blue moon, please reach out to Katie to discuss what might work for you and your family! We would love additional parents to start assisting in the education of our youth! -Coffee Hour/Hospitality: As we head into more routine schedules of the fall and winter, we would like to revisit Sunday coffee hour hospitality duties. Anyone interested in providing food occasionally, and helping set up and clean up after coffee, some Sundays, or assisting in coordinating those who do, please reach out to Katie and or Jahna. We know the current sign-up is a little confusing, and we would like to figure out a method that would more easily allow those generous spirits in our congregation to participate in serving each other through food and community time. |

Potato FundraiserSupport our Pastoral Care Fund by ordering fresh Idaho potatoes through the Stoddard Farms Potato Fundraiser. Order forms with available types, sizes, and additional details are in the hall; all orders are due by August 14. |
